"Lent at First Presbyterian is designed to be a time for us to grow and mature in our spiritual life. Through special celebrations and services we will walk together the path of preparation, sacrifice, and resurrection.

If you do not have a church home, are a member here or elsewhere, or are just curious about the Christian season of Lent, we welcome you to come and see Jesus with us." - Pastor Albert

Christ in the Passover
March 22nd, 7pm
Aaron Abramson from Jews for Jesus will lead this special service as we consider the Join us for Christ in the Passover, from Egypt to Calvary to what it means for us today. You’ll gain wonderful insights on how the pieces of God’s plan of salvation fit together, and you’ll remember this visual display of the Passover pageantry for years to come. Aaron Abramson, the presenter for the evening, will set a table with items traditionally used as the Passover meal and detail their spiritual significance. He will also explain the connection between the events of the first Passover in Egypt and the redemption that Jesus accomplished, as well as the deep bond between ancient Passover feast and the Christian communion celebration today.
