We are happy to announce that our fall Bible study will focus on the Old Testament Book of Daniel. This 12-week Bible study was written by well-known Bible teacher, Beth Moore, and is called “Daniel - Lives of Integrity – Words of Prophecy”. Just as the prophet faced unbelievable pressure to conform to the pagan culture of ancient Babylon, Christ’s followers today are confronted by modern societal beliefs that threaten our faith. Beth will teach us how to boldly live in our modern-day Babylon without falling prey to its allure.

Come join us on Monday afternoons at 1:00 in the chapel or Thursday mornings at 9:30 in the fellowship hall. The Thursday class will begin on September 5th and the Monday class will begin on September 9th. In addition to Beth’s video presentations, we’ll use a home-study workbook to guide us through the scriptures, and then we’ll meet in small groups to discuss what we are learning. A suggested donation of $15 helps with the cost of the home-study workbook. For more information call Mary Stanton 529-6392 or Marcia Wendler 525-2109. Workbooks will be available on the first day of class. All women are welcome!
