On Sunday May 17, after the 10:01 a.m. worship service, YOU ARE INVITED to a Kickoff Celebration and Fundraiser that will include an update on the project, a luncheon meal and a silent auction. All proceeds of the lunch and auction will assist in supporting our after-school program.  We will be providing more details in the coming days.  Plan now to attend, and most crucially, pray that this newly planned endeavor affects our community positively and impacts children and others with the good news of the Gospel.

As we seek to Know Jesus and Make Him Known, we want to be a bridge between Christ and others.  This program will help us be a bridge in several ways:  A bridge between students and Jesus, a bridge between students and loving adults, a bridge between school day and family time, a bridge between the church and families, a bridge between the church and the schools/community.

This program and its name align with many things we have said over the years:

·        To know Jesus and make Him known,

·        To be a church with heart in the heart of the city,

·        To live in our core beliefs while welcoming all, and

·        To be a church that is intergenerational, so children have a sticky faith they hold on to into adulthood.
